I’ve had the privilege of crafting dynamic campaigns for a wide array of industries, always with an eye on connecting deeply with both consumers and businesses. Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with some of the world’s leading brands, including Google, Amazon, Sony, Unilever, P&G, Qatar Airways, Nestlé, Starbucks, British Airways, McLaren F1, Mercedes F1, Red Bull Racing, Sony PlayStation, Xbox, Sail GP, Fanta, Pringles, and Duracell. More recently, I’ve lent my expertise to an innovative NFT start-up, Sneaker Heads, where I developed fan-first digital campaigns to spark engagement and drive conversation within the Metaverse, blending creativity with the future of digital interaction

Right Formula - Executive Creative Director (Sept ‘23 - Present)
I currently sit in the executive leadership team and oversee all creative output across the agency. This includes Digital, Content & Production and Design departments. I am responsoble for supporting new business by delivering intergrated resposnses to large campaign RFPs as well as supporting exstsing clients with upsell and cross sell ideation. I am currently repsositining the agency and plan to launch the new branding in 2025.

FTC/Freelance Creative Director, (April ‘21 - Sept ‘23)
I supported and consulated a range of businesses including a medium sized marketing agency to help scale up its creative team and reposition them as a serious creative agency. Previously I supported brands and agencies with integrated campaigns for the likes of F1 Red Bull Racing, Fanta, Pringles, Armor All, Sail GP, Smokin’ Bean, Duracell, Sprite, Hotels.com, California Scents. Most recently supporting an NFT brand with digital, community first, insight driven campaigns

CSM – Executive Creative Director, (Sept ‘19 - April ‘21)
I oversaw all creative output for a leading Sports and Entertainment agency of over 200 people. I have curated a team of 20 creatives, that I both hired and developed. I was responsible for responding to some of the largest RFP’s that come into the business, which can range from fully integrated/omni channel or tactical fan focused campaigns, through to go-to-market strategies, to drive sales leads. Brands include McLaren, NFL, NBA, MLB, Becks, Ferrari, Paddy Power, Red Bull, Skoda, Johnny Walker, Heineken and Unilever. I introduced a structured levelling system commonly seen in creative agencies and implemented new and various creative processes. I was also responsible for inspiring and motivating the wider agency to deliver best in class creative, working collaboratively with business directors, client servicing, strategy, comms and production

Publicis Pro – Creative Director, Board Member (March ‘15 – Sept ‘19)
My previous role on the board was to oversee all creative output for the agency. This involved creatively pushing the boundaries of the agency and their clients respectively, across multiple channels and at all levels of the sales funnel. I owned the task of re-branding and repositioning the agency in 2016 to meet the ambitions of the board and to reflect an agency that have creative credibility in the B2B Tech sector.

Edelman – Brand Creative Director (July ‘14 - March ‘16)
I oversaw the creative direction for Edelman’s consumer brand department, which included their global accounts Heineken, Unilever, Microsoft and Shell. This role involved developing and art directing campaign positioning and strategy, through to activational execution to drive conversation, social engagement or sales.

Amazon Media Group – European Creative Director (July ‘10 – July ‘14)
I was responsible for building from scratch, a Pan European design organization for Amazon’s Advertising program consisting of 21 creatives. Facilitating large YOY growth and developing innovative solutions for the European market, my role involved working with over 300 brands across the EU. The core of my role was to innovate for brands such as Fox, Google, Disney, Warner Bros, BMW, Activision, Microsoft, Mercedes, Sony, EA, VW, Visa, Phillips, Samsung and P&G, MasterCard, Unilever, and more.
