B2B Workplace campaign

Brief
In a post-pandemic world, the goalposts for workplaces had changed. And Nescafé wanted to do something about it. To encourage and inspire workplaces across the nation to get together, chat over a cup of coffee, and make the coffee break ‘work’ for them.

Challange
Building on Nescafé’s ‘Good People Deserve Good Coffee’ narrative, I created a clear, authentic, and impactful campaign message for employers – ‘Make Chat Work’. And an activation that helped them boost workplace wellbeing meaningfully. The campaign was about – inspiration, emotion, and purpose. Making the humble coffee break the hero.

Approach
I did this by crafting core key visuals for print and digital channels. Developed a motivational campaign video with spoken word poetry. Built a practicle support guide for businesses that included free, downloadable and printable toolkits packed with ideas on how employers could ‘Make Chat Work’ in their workplace.

I worked with the marketing team to take ‘coffee chats’ on the road with a Nescafé coffee van! Nescafé got people chatting again. Not just about work, but the stuff that really matters. This campaign helped them make new connections and deepen current ones.
